And with muscle, robots can just act like as and can do task like we did. It’s really great new materials invent. Hmm…I think (r)evolution is begin today. After made supermodel robot and worry about robot army, like or not robots will have important roles in futures, not next 100 years, but I think just a couples years from now.

Arttu-Matti Immonen designed a new concept of equipment that used to generate natural energy into useful energy for daily life. His concept combining wind turbine with solar power in a product while the design allows this product to be used in urban area. Using this concept he wants to create a simple product that could transform free natural energy like wind and sunshine into useful energy that contribute to future power. His product concept shaped in round like ball with eight wings that made from flexible photovoltaic modules that used to accumulate solar power while the wings used to accumulate power from winds.

From October 17 through November 12 of 2010 researches from the University of British Colombia are doing an underwater robot exploration in Antarctic ice shelf and ice-covered ocean. This research is done in studying the effects of ice shelves on the mixing of sea water. This research will result in data collection for the Antarctica 2010 Glacier Tongues and Ocean Mixing Research Project. This project investigator is Craig Stevens at the New Zealand National Institute for Water and Atmospheric Research.

Monirobo robots developed by Japan’s Nuclear Safety Technology Center associated with Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) after the Tokaimura nuclear accident in 1999. Monirobo robots used to be operated in dangerous radiation environment to replace human. There are red Monirobo and yellow Monirobo. Red Monirobo works to detect radiation while the yellow Monirobo works to collect the dust samples and sensor for flammable gas.
